Ecoprene

It belongs to the PVC family; it is suitable for the production of seals. It is very versatile, low-cost material but with limited elasticity and poor resistance to temperature changes.

There are different kinds of Ecoprene:

  • BS-50: low-cost material suitable for single extrusion seals for internal use.
  • BS-47: similar to the BS-50 but with a minor specific weight. Suitable for single extrusion seals.
  • BS-30: this is a PVC of excellent quality, very good softness and resistance to aging. Suitable for single and co-extrusion seals. Hardness SH/A 55.
  • CS-30: very similar to BS-30 but with higher hardness (SH/A 60).
  • CS-20: mix for Crystal seals. Hardness SH/A 60.
  • ES-25: pure PVC, advised for obtaining transparent and bright seals.
  • RGS: for rigid, co-extruded seals.

Coecoprene

This family is a mix of two materials: rigid PVC and CS-30 or BS-30. It is advised for co-extruded seals.
